Who Am I?

Let's see... Well, the more that I think about it, the more that I realize that I actually do have a good amount of interests. Eheh. It's funny, though. Every other day, I'd think I have nothing to share. For this blog, I suppose I'm forced to write at least something. Maybe that's why I can recall things now.

For one, I really, really enjoy looking into topics that pique my interest. Recently, I've been trying to get into psychology. The study of human behavior itself has always fascinated me. It helps me understand why people act the way they do, and why they respond differently to the same situation. Sometimes, finding out things like these even help me recognize patterns within myself. Some were more worrying than others, but hey. At least I'm aware now, right? Another thing that interests me is analyzing things way beyond their meaning. For example, you can give me one poem from Edgar Allan Poe and I'd talk about it for at least 30 minutes. I like bringing up similarities in scenes – how they mirror each other and what do they want to imply with it. I like to recall things. It makes me feel that I'm at least onto something.

I have nothing much else to talk about here... Not that I know of. This is Inkwell, signing off.

Aah, hobbies? I'm not sure what I can name anymore, considering I barely have enough time to sleep, haha. I guess my main hobby is writing nowadays. It's what keeps me going, and it makes me feel like I have... some sembleance of stability. Writing makes me feel at ease. The feeling of a pen against paper or even to a screen... It's nice, don't you think?

What else is there to say? There's... drawing, I guess. I'm not as good at it as I was before, but I've been trying to get myself into the mindset that I can draw and do hobbies casually. That I don't have to always strive to be "the best." Whatever that even means. If it makes me happy, then that's really all that matters, doesn't it? Well, asides from the entire "not hurting other people" thing. That's obvious enough, hehe.

I also really, really enjoy dancing and singing. I can sing for the most part, but dancing is... hard nowadays, especially since I have no more space for it in my room. Let alone any part of the house! Ah well. I guess I'll have to make the opportunity for it myself.
